We are two sisters who started the Grow with Light brand with the intention to empower women and young girls with new spaces and options to grow in and out of the gym!

We came up with the idea together after getting frustrated with feeling a lack of confidence in our gym-wear since we felt most comfortable with tying a shirt around our waist. This shirt was bulky, fell off, and needed adjustment throughout our workouts. We would see other girls comfortable and confident with their variety of options that they had and we decided that we deserved it too!
